Lykoi is a special kind of cat that is genetically different from the Canadian Sphynx. These cats have a unique coat that resembles the fur of a possum. It is usually black in color, with an admixture of gray, their head is wedge-shaped, and the body is flexible and massive. Cats with a coat color other than this are kept for breeding, but cannot compete in shows.
