By nature, this breed is not very talkative, but prefers to be loud when people who are not family members appear on the doorstep. The only caveat is that Havaneses bark equally unkindly at both friends and uninvited guests.

This breed's secret passion is paper. If you leave your Havanese unattended with a pile of newspapers or toilet paper, the apartment will become chaotic and you will end up with paper waste all over the apartment.
The Havanese Bichon spends most of its life in an apartment, so provide it with a comfortable and safe living environment. Consider how to isolate pets from the balcony. You can install a special mesh or a high fence in front of the door. The same goes for household cleaning tools and trash cans where puppies can dig holes. Also, break the habit of leaving cleaning tools on the floor.
