Cat found Ragdoll

Semi friendly, will accept a few pats but becomes growly and hissy quickly, tail waving about constantly. Have yet to check if there's ID on the fabric collar, as yet cat is too agitated. Visits our back yard, seeming initially had followed our rescued stray. Hoping to establish if this is a local, visiting, pet, or a lost pet who we could return to its owner.
