犬が行方不明です Jean (Киллин, TX, USA)

Jean has a blue collar and green tag with my phone number on it. He is microchipped. The times that he has gotten out I’ve always received a phone call. He is super friendly and loves people so there wouldn’t be a problem with someone getting close enough to see the number. I’m beginning to speculate that someone has him before I assume the worst.
